To qualify for this list, companies must meet rigorous criteria, including completing three full years of operation by the end of 2023 and achieving at least $1 million in sales during that year. Eligible companies are privately held and based in the greater Charlotte area.  

This honor follows Opkalla's recent inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year and recognition as one of Charlotte Business Journal's Best Places to Work 2024, highlighting the company’s continued excellence in growth and workplace culture.
